The Law Office of M. Pamela Lauser was started in a home office in Martinez in 2006. After experiencing significant growth, Pam open a store-front office in 2008 on Main Street in downtown Martinez, conveniently located just down the street from the Peter L. Spinetta Family Law Center, the Wakefield Taylor Courthouse, and the A.F. Bray Courthouse. Having such easy access to the Courts of Contra Costa County means that Pam and her staff can provide easier document filing and reduced travel costs for cases scheduled in Martinez, the Contra Costa County Seat.
Pam also regularly travels to courthouses in Richmond, Pittsburg, and Walnut Creek, and she has active cases in Alameda, Napa, and Solano Counties as well. More recently, she has also been called on to present matters before the courts of Butte County (Oroville) and El Dorado County (Placerville), and she has previously appeared in Humboldt County (Eureka), Monterey County (Salinas), Los Angeles, and San Francisco among others.

M. Pamela Lauser, "Pam" to her colleagues and friends, is a graduate of Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco, California, where she earned her J.D. in 2003 and her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law in 2007. Before becoming an attorney, Pam interned at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office in 2002, and she also worked as a California Certified Law Student for an attorney in Martinez, where she gained valuable experience in Family Law and business management.
Pam was admitted to the California Bar in May of 2006, when she immediately began practicing Criminal Defense and Family Law.
Since then, Pam has earned a reputation as an experienced Family Law attorney, skilled in handling all aspects of Family Law, including child custody, child support, spousal support, divorce, property division, guardianship, adoption, and domestic violence issues. While she works most closely with courts in Contra Costa County, Pam regularly handles cases in all 9 Bay Area counties, and across Northern California.
